Grand Thera is a research and technology company building the next frontier of enterprise AI for decision-critical environments. We are looking for a Founding Account Executive to execute our first go-to-market front.
What you will do
- Lead strategic outbound for enterprise accounts across banks, fintechs, technology, and heavy industry.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, executive meetings, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Work directly with the founders on business development and sales materials.
- Maintain a disciplined, predictable pipeline with rigorous follow-up and CRM hygiene.
- Bring market feedback, objections, and account learnings back to engineering and FDE teams.
What we are looking for
- 6+ years in B2B sales, ideally in technology, SaaS, consulting, fintech, or enterprise solutions.
- A completed undergraduate degree and a hunter profile with a track record of opening new accounts.
- Demonstrated ownership of consultative sales cycles, from qualification through negotiation and close.
- Ability to engage executive decision-makers and translate complex technology into business value.
- Strong communication, organization, fast learning, autonomy, discipline, and ownership.
- Advanced English is desirable; ERP or enterprise SaaS sales experience is a plus.
