Grand Thera is a research and technology company building the next frontier of enterprise AI for decision-critical environments. We are looking for a hands-on Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to operate as a Forward Deployed Engineer in our first Go-to-Market front.

What you will do

Build, implement, and evolve hands-on solutions for real client use cases.
Develop and customize applications, demos, prototypes, integrations, and proofs of concept from concept to delivery.
Move between Product and Engineering projects and Go-to-Market initiatives as company priorities evolve.
Join client meetings, gather requirements, and turn business challenges into functional solutions.
Support the commercial team during discovery, demonstrations, presentations, and scope definition.
Deploy solutions in client environments and support validation, iteration, and production launch.
Bring market learnings back to the company to inform product, research, and engineering priorities.

What we are looking for

5+ years of demonstrated full stack development experience.
Strong Python proficiency is required.
Solid front-end experience with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
Experience with back-end development, APIs, integrations, and sound software engineering practices.
Working knowledge of MongoDB, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or demonstrably equivalent technical expertise.
A hands-on builder profile that can turn ambiguous challenges into functional solutions.
Autonomy, critical thinking, strong delivery orientation, intellectual curiosity, and clear communication across technical, commercial, and client teams.

Nice to have

Intermediate English.
Professional or academic experience with data science and machine learning projects.
